How does the keep warm function of a coffee machine work?

Intelligent Dry-Boil Prevention for Greater Safety

This coffee machine features intelligent safety logic: When you select the 1-13 cup setting, the keep warm function automatically turns off. This prevents the risk of a dry-boil caused by continued heating of a small amount of coffee, ensuring safer use.

When you select the maximum setting of 14 cups, or simply press the “Brew” button (which automatically switches to full pot mode), the keep warm function automatically turns on for approximately 2 hours, keeping the coffee at the ideal temperature.

Warm Reminder:

When you press the “Brew” button directly, the machine automatically uses up all the water in the water tank (regardless of the actual setting of 2, 5, or 10 cups) and automatically turns on keep warm. If you’re only making a small amount of coffee, it’s recommended to pour the coffee into a thermos after brewing to preserve the best flavor.
