Can I connect to the dash cam while using CarPlay or Android Auto?

No. Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto uses your phone’s Wi-Fi to connect with the vehicle, and the dash cam also needs Wi-Fi for live view and downloads. Therefore, both connections cannot work at the same time.

I want to use the parking monitoring function, do I have to buy a separate hardwire kit?

Yes, the hardwire kit(ASIN:B0D93L49TD) enables dashcams parking monitoring mode. The hardwire kit is not included, you need to purchase it separately.

Do I need to purchase a memory card separately?

Yes. Memory card not included. Please use a U1 grade or higher SD card with the V200Pro dash cam front for optimal performance.

Can I view the dash cam’s live video remotely after leaving my car?

No. WiFi only supports local video transmission (not remote live monitoring). Seeing “No Internet Connection” is normal. However, if you are within 16 ft (about 5 m), you can view live video and recordings through the VeeCar app.
