My Keurig Coffee Maker K-Supreme has stopped working!
Unit was purchased in November 2024 and stopped working yesterday nearly 4 months to the day it was purchased. This Keurig maker suffered from no issues during the duration of its short life. It made great tasting, hot coffee from any of the K-cups that we used. It was very easy and simple to use and clean, and we very much enjoyed this purchase.
Yesterday, the coffee maker was set to make a 10-ounce cup, and instead it only produced about half that much. The coffee that it made was too strong and not as good tasting. I tested it again with another K-cup and it also produced only half of 10 ounces. I tried to see if it would dispense at least 10 ounces of hot water, and it dispensed me less and less hot water each time. Finally, I unplugged the machine and I tried making another cup a few hours later, but the Keurig coffee maker would not turn on and showed no signs of power (power light) despite being plugged to the wall.
During its time in my home, this unit was not mistreated in any way. We used it to make 2-4 cups of coffee a day, so for being in our home about 120 days, we made between 240 cups and 480 cups of coffee before the unit stopped working so suddenly. This to me is a short lifespan for a coffee maker, as our previous coffee maker from Keurig lasted from 2016 to 2024. This unit was purchased as a replacement for that previous Keurig – instead of 8 years it lasted only 4 months.
This Keurig Coffee maker has shaken my faith in using Keurig in the future. It stopped without warning just as many of the 1-star reviews said it would. I did not heed those warnings; now I join those people ripped off by Keurig & Amazon.
