Even this earbuds is ergonomic, we recommend you not to use more than 5 hours every time. Otherwise your ear will hurt.

Are these IEMs compatible with a PC’s front audio jack?

Yes, but: Ensure the front jack is properly connected to the motherboard. Adjust the PC’s audio settings to “Headphones” in Control Panel. Note: Front jacks may introduce more noise than rear jacks.

Why do my earbuds make static crackling noises?

Static noise often comes from poor connections or interference. First, check jack for dust. Then try another cable or plug into another device to rule out damage. Keep wireless devices and high-power equipment away from IEMs to reduce interference

How do I clean the ear tips?

Cleaning steps: Remove tips and rinse with lukewarm water. Gently scrub with mild soap to remove earwax. Air dry completely before reattaching. Note: Replace foam tips every 3 months and silicone tips every 6 months for optimal hygiene.
