Nike Free RN 5.0 2021 is the most recent leap forward in the evolution of the free model. Safe lacing is combined with the seamless design for a tight fit. The sole, lighter and closer to the ground, has a new pattern with flexion sculptures and a modified midsole that offers greater cunning without sacrificing the natural movement of the foot. The new lacing system provides stability of the foot during running. The non-elastic material throughout the shaft keeps the foot firm in position, while 3 foam pads in the heel help to feel greater grip. The foam in the grove is stiffer, to increase sensitivity than the ground, guaranteeing you enough cushioning to continue, mile after mile. The holes promote the natural movement of the foot, while the double-edged areas at the ends increase their flexibility.
