Love this air fryer! I had a bigger one but didn't use it much because it was a beast to clean and store. this has a great glass dish and the insert is ceramic coated instead of nonstick. The glass makes it easy to monitor your food without opening the fryer. Nice. Super easy to clean. It takes up half the storage room in closet compared to my other one. I like that. I also like that I can just take what I cooked to the table. It was a little bit of a learning curve after my other one but the internet is chocked full of Ninja Crispi recipes for references. I liked it so much I gifted one to a friend!

Excellent product. I have air fried, backed, broiled. Cooked chicken wings, pizza, fish, pork chops, bacon. Fast cooking, does not dry food out, pizza crisp and delicious, replaces heating up oven.

I love it ! Easy to clean and the glass makes me feel like it’s much healthier . I love the two sizes (I hear the new one comes with three). Now if only they could make the insert non non-Stick and it would be chefs kiss!

The Ninja Crispi I purchased is crap! First, and this is on me, it's refurbished! I never buy refurbished because they never work! There's a reason people return items… THEY DON'T WORK! Like I said, that's on me for not paying attention.
Second, the lid for the large container is missing, also the manual with recipes. Okay, I can go online and find recipes, that's not the point.
Third, when I tried to use it for the first time, the "lid" error displayed, meaning the lid wasn't on properly. Took it off, tried again, same error, googled and it recommended shaking it, did that, and it worked for a minute, shook it again and it worked. Excited to try the cauliflower…the lid won't come off! Took the unit off of the lid adaptor, there's plastic melted all over the inside! Whatever melted sealed the adaptor to the bowl! Needless to say, this is one very angry purchaser!
I had to add a star to submit this, I would put this as negative 10 stars!

I absolutely LOVE this air fryer. It’s a breeze to clean (all parts except the power pad are dishwasher safe & come out sparkling. The hottest cycle chars one side of a 1” ribeye in 10 minutes; if you like medium rare be sure to flip your steak at 7 minutes. Thicker steak (1 1/2”) is perfect at 10 min on one side and 5 min on the other. I recommend cooking any veggies in a separate cycle while the steak is resting, because they tend to emit so much steam. But I made some killer quesadillas in it!
