This blade set has turned out to be very useful for general DIY work, especially in awkward spots where a standard straight multi tool blade just will not reach. The 90 degree blades are the real stars; they made it possible to cut in tight corners around outlets, door frames, and cramped areas where I would have otherwise been stuck. For typical home projects, they have become my default blades more often than I expected.
Cutting performance is solid for the price. I have used them on drywall, softwood, pine blocks, PVC, and even some wood with nails, and the bimetal blades have held up better than I thought they would. They are not the most aggressive or fastest cutters out there, but that actually helps for controlled, detail oriented work where you do not want to overshoot or chip up the surrounding material. For trimming, notching, and careful cuts, they do the job consistently.
The main thing to understand is the flex. Because of the length and the elbow shape of the 90 degree blades, they have a bit of give, so you cannot muscle them through material. You really have to let the oscillating tool do the work and guide them with a light hand, or the cut can wander a little. Used with patience and proper alignment, they cut acceptably clean; forced too hard, they feel less precise. Compatibility has been good with my tools, thanks to the included adapters, which snap on securely and have worked fine with both my DeWalt and Dremel style multi tools.
Overall, this is not a “pro demolition” blade set, but it is a very handy, good value option to keep on hand for typical home repairs, pinewood derby level projects, and tight access cuts. When you are in a bind and need that 90 degree reach, you will be glad to have them in the bag.
Pros:
90 degree blades reach tight, “impossible” spots regular blades cannot
Bimetal blades handle wood, drywall, PVC, and even some nails reasonably well
Universal style adapters work with common oscillating tools
Good control for detail work rather than overly aggressive cutting
Useful variety for everyday DIY repairs and small projects
Cons:
90 degree blades have noticeable flex and require a lighter touch to keep cuts straight
Not the fastest or cleanest option for heavy, precision cabinet grade work
