Can I use my own SIM card?

Can the SIM card be used outside of the United States?
Sorry, the SIM card only supports local use in the U.S., does not support cross-regional usage.
Does it support wifi connection?
Sorry, the device doesn’t support wifi connectivity and can only use the built-in SIM card that works with 4G networks.
If the app is unable to successfully connect to the camera, what can I do?
1. Ensure the location has a strong 4G network.
2. Check the data plan has expired. lf it has, please renew your date plan.
3. Check the battery and turn on, please wait for about 1 min until the light stays blue. Then, connect camera to the network.
What to do ifyou cannot see any video recordings?
1. Click on the “Cloud/TF” menu in the bottom right corner of the realtime video page to verify if it can view the video recordings
2. Confirm if the cloud storage recording is enabled
3. Ensure the SD card is installed andformatted correctly (FAT32)
