Why is my machine not functioning properly or failing to produce mist after powering on?
This is because the power adapter being used does not meet the 5V 2A requirement. Please try replacing the power adapter.
Does the package include a power adapter?
No, the package does not include a power adapter, but it does come with a USB charging cable approximately 39.37 inches long. You must use your own power adapter (rated at 5V/2A or higher) with the diffuser.
Why did I not find the charging cable and remote control after opening the package?
The charging cable and remote control are stored inside the diffuser’s water tank. You need to open the top cover of the diffuser to access them.
Why did the diffuser stop working after a couple of fill ups?
Please make sure to avoid letting water flow into the air vents when adding water so that the machine does not work due to water ingress.
Can I use the diffuser without adding essential oils?
Sure. You can also use it as a humidifier without adding essential oils.
