Wow! This mat is so thick that I no longer need extra cushioning for my knees. It's a little more difficult to roll up, but that's not a big deal. The blocks are nice, too.

De Fitvids multifunctionele 1/2 inch extra dikke yogamat bevalt mij erg goed. De kwaliteit voelt meteen degelijk aan en de mat is duidelijk dikker dan standaardmatten. Tijdens oefeningen merk je echt het verschil: hij ligt comfortabel en ook bij zitten of knielen geeft hij veel meer ondersteuning aan knieën en heupen.
De mat blijft goed op zijn plek liggen en dempt prettig op een harde vloer. Daardoor train je een stuk fijner en hou je oefeningen ook langer vol zonder dat het oncomfortabel wordt.
De meegeleverde draagriem is handig om de mat op te bergen of mee te nemen. De yogablokken heb ik zelf nog niet gebruikt, dus daar kan ik nog niet veel over zeggen, maar het is in ieder geval een mooie extra.
Al met al een prima kwaliteit yogamat die comfortabel traint.

came to edit the review because after a few months the mat lost all of its density and won't really offer joint support. I slip like it's my business and had to buy several hot yoga towels. The blocks are great but it really is a cheap mat.
