    Great fit and the padding protected my son during his first year of tackle football. He says they are comfortable and the material is of good quality. They have lasted well through his first season and we should be able to use it for another before he needs a bigger size.

    This was exactly the right fit based on the sizing guide. It’s also a good length for practice and games because it’s shorter and doesn’t hang out of his practice pants like a different brand I bought. The padding provides good protection and it has a place for the athletic cup to be fitted so that was helpful. The durability is good considering how much you have to wash this kind of gear. I expect these to hold up one full season but that’s all you can really plan for anyway because of how fast the kids grow. Good value and will buy again next season if his size is available.
